How to Use Website as New or Returning Golfer:

Registered Users:

If you are a current member of our tour, previous member or member of another tour that uses ShotStat:

  1. Click on the "Login Icon" to login and register for season membership or tournaments.

If you need to retrieve your UserName/Password:

  1. Click on the "Login Icon" and then click on the "Forgot Password" link on the Login screen to reset your password.
  2. Enter in the "Parent Email" and submit.  Your UserName and a temporary Password will be emailed to your parent email.

New Website Users Registration:

If you are new and need to create a new account.

  1. Click on the "Register Icon".
  2. Enter your Parent information first and choose your own unique UserName and Password
  3. After you have submitted your parent account, a new form will appear to enter your junior golfer information
  4. You can enter in multiple golfers by completing a new form for each child.

Registering for Tournaments:

  1. Login to the site
  2. Navigate to the Tournament List by going to "Schedule" in the main menu.
  3. Your junior golfer(s) will show up on the bottom right of each tournament
  4. Click the players for the tournaments in which your child(ren) will play (The box will turn red) and item will be added to cart.

Account Dashboard:

  • When logged in, click on the "Account" Icon next your name on the top right of the page.
  • At your dashboard, you can edit your account or your junior golfer account(s).
  • To add a junior golfer to your account, click on the "Plus" Icon.

Once you have created a profile, you will have access to join the tour and register for events.

 

Registration Information:

Eligibility:

Players ages 6-18 years old are eligible to compete in the Junior Divisions. Players ages 18-24 (who have already graduated high school), are eligible to compete in the Collegiate Division.

Age Division Cut Off:

June 1st

Whatever age the player is as of June 1st, that is the age group they will be eligible to compete in for the current summer season. Any player who has a birthday in the summer season (resulting in a possible change in age divisions) has the OPTION to stay in the current division or move up to their new division.

For the New Year Classic and Spring Showdown: Players have the option to either compete in the age division their age currently falls, or declare up to the next division. However, once a player declares up they will not be eligible to compete in their former age division.

 

Declaring Up: Declaring up is defined as a player who chooses to move up an age division, even if their age has not reached the new division. A player may decide to declare up an age division at any point during the year. However, once a player has declared up, they will not be eligible to move back down.

Any points that were earned in the current season in their current division will NOT carry over to the new age division.

 

Deadlines:

Single Day Events: Deadline will always be 6 pm the night before
Two Day Events: Deadline will be between 3-5 days the start of the event
Tour Championship: Deadline will be 1 week before start of the event

Walk Ups:

Unique to the WTJCT, players who miss the deadline for any single day event may choose to walk up to the event the day of and register then. There is no additional fee, and no player will ever be turned down. Players walking up to events must be registered at least 45 minutes before start time. As of January 1st, 2020, if you choose to walk up to an event and are not a current member, you will be required to join the tour to play.

Walk ups are not permitted for any 2 day events or the Tour Championship.

 

Tournament Fees:

Single Day Summer Events: $25 - $30

West Texas Junior Open: $90        

Off Season Two Day Events: $95        

Tour Championship: $150

 

Sibling Member Discount:

Families with more than 1 sibling playing in a single day event may receive a $5 discount for the 2nd and any subsequent players. (EX: 1st player will be $25, 2nd player $20, 3rd player $20, etc)

Discount will automatically apply when registering online. Discount will only apply if more than 1 sibling is registering for an event. This does not apply to membership fees.
